Overall development of the students is ensured through the undergraduate nursing education at Little Flower College of Nursing, Trivandrum. Inorder to achieve academic heights, we conduct special mentoring programme. An induction to English language and special sessions are conducted by external lectures to improve the language. Computer skills need to be developed in this technological era: focus is given for its theoretical and practical applications. Special lectures are planned for the students in each year by eminent speakers and subject experts. As per the NSS and SNA calendar, events are celebrated mainly to improve the student’s talents. Our students participate in district and state level competitions, come out with flying colours. National festivals are celebrated with variety of programmes and competitions. Indoor and outdoor games facilities are provided for the nourishment of physical and mental health. Meditation facility is provided in the chapel. Scholarships are given to the poor and needed ones.
