Jubilee Memorial Hospital, Palayam was established in the year 1987 as the land mark of the Golden Jubilee Celebration of the Archdiocese of Trivandrum, with the motto “Promotion of life through health care with love”. For the past 30 years this hospital is catering the health needs of the people from all the walks of life, especially the poor and the middle class in the society.
A long way dream of New College building happened under the methodical leadership of Rev. Fr. Cleetus Vincent, Managing Director on 01.10.2019 at Manvila, inaugurated by Shri. Kadakampally Surendran, Minister for Co-operation, Tourism and Devaswoms and blessed by Excellency Most. Rev. Dr. Christudas. R, Auxiliary Bishop Archdiocese of Trivandrum.
Our new college is located in Manvila, in a four acre land surrounded by lush and exotic greenary with a pleasent fresh air campus hardly 2 km from College of Engineering, Thiruvananthapuram. Little Flower, Saint Therese of Lisieus Roman Catholic Latin Church is situated near to our college. The infrastructure of College building is spacious and equipped sufficiently as per the norms of Kerala University of Health Sciences, Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council and Indian Nursing Council.

As the Principal of Little Flower College of Nursing I am very happy to welcome you to our college website, which portraits our College, its programs, its resources and its mission.
Our Institution provides high quality nursing education which follows intuitive art of Nursing with scientific knowledge and technical competence. We offer a rich, inclusive and holistic approach to education in the Catholic tradition that is inspired by the life and teachings of St. Teresa. We aim youthful nurses for a committed competent and compassionate nursing service. Our students excel in sports, curricular and co-curricular activities. Our alumnae are sought after by every medical Institutions in India and abroad for their excellence discipline and devotion in the nursing profession. A committed and supportive management, dedicated faculty and helpful staffs are the strength of this institution.

Education is the key to success, beauty of mankind, broadens the mental horizon and makes us humans. It gives meaning and aim to life. Education helps in choosing the career path. Nursing is a humanity service profession within the medical and health care sector, focuses on personal, family and community care. After the successful completion of nursing course one can start career in hospital as a Staff Nurse.
The Little Flower College of Nursing is an educational institution by the Trivandrum Latin Diocese; provides nursing education and training to become a fully qualified nurse. This college focus on preparing committed, self dependent, creative and innovative nurses with strong values and qualities. Focus is given for loyalty, veracity, credibility and overall development of the undergraduates. Consistent modernization of the educational process is emphasised. Assimilative, accommodative and divergent learning styles are cultivated; there by one can achieve heights not only in nursing sector but also in other areas such as hospital administration, education, public health, hospitality and even in civil service.
We have ample alumni cohorts at the national and international level, who keep up the morale, values and ethics of the noble profession. Let the college reach the zenith of utmost professionalism through God’s grace, show up of enlightened management, and dutiful staffs.
